THE BEDFORD PROJECT

Being an old property, the Bedford house required renovation, damp-proofing, new windows and refurbishment. New pipes for the gas and water supplies and a complete overhaul of the electrics. The kitchen and entrance were damp-proofed, requiring the concrete foundations to be dug-up and replaced.

Once the major works were complete, the design stage commenced. The kitchen and bathroom were completely refitted with under-floor heating in the kitchen and new flooring throughout - porcelain tiles, solid wooden flooring and carpet. The property was decorated to a high standard and the final touches of blinds and lighting completed the project.
